| This is one of my all time favs among the slasher classics. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The sequals are, sorry to say, weak. Part 2 is ok, part 4 as well...the rest, not so much. Rob Zombies new versions, which I don't see as a remake straight off, I see them more as, just as I said, new versions, a new vision of the story. I think he made a great job! He digs deeper in to the perspn and killer Michael Myers. | |

Could be better the remake I mean. It's too much rob zombie in it. Therefore I don't like it, id like the psychological side and become closer with the killer, develop some sort of ID with the killer, to feel identified and care more about michael. That is fascinating... Thats the whole point, john carpenter was always trying to take us behind the mask. rob zombie tried to take us inside the lkiller's mind. But could have been better executed!
